AR Filter - Tata Crucible

1. The contest is open only to Indian Citizens who are above the age of 18 years.
2. Contests will be held on the Instagram page of Tata Crucible unless specified otherwise. To be eligible for the contest, participants must take part in the Tata Crucible Campus Quiz 2025 – Level 1 Prelims on either Unstop or Internshala and must also follow the official Tata Crucible Instagram page.
3. Entries to the contest will be via the Direct Messages (DMs) shared by the contest participants. No other mode of participation will be accepted for entry into a contest.
4. No inappropriate content should be shared. The content provided must not be defamatory, offensive or unlawful.
5. Winners will be selected based on the screenshots shared via the Direct Messages, and after proper validation of the entry.
6. A maximum of three winners will be announced for the contest. Their names will be featured
on the Tata Crucible Instagram page either as a post or a story.
7. The decision of the contest organisers will be final and binding on all participants.
8. By entering into this contest, you provide your acceptance and confirmation to the Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and the Terms & Conditions available on our website on https://www.tatacrucible.com/, and agree to share your personal data in terms thereof.
9. The contest will remain open until the end of the registration cycle, which is 23rd October.
10. If the registration deadline is extended beyond 23rd October, the new registration closing date will automatically be considered the last date for the contest as well. No correspondence will be entertained by the organisers from the participants or winners with respect to the contest decisions.
11. Winner/s of the contest need to share their name, valid email ID, contact number and physical mailing address by direct message on Instagram once contacted by the contest organisers. The details provided by the contestant may be validated entirely at the discretion of the contest organisers. If we don’t receive these details from the declared winners within a week of being contacted, the winners will not be eligible to receive the prizes.
12. Prizes once awarded will be final, and there will be no exchange/substitution of the prizes for the winners.
13. The contest organisers reserve the right to make changes, amendments, or modifications to the format, criteria, rules, prizes, and disbursement procedure related to the Contests at their sole discretion, without prior notice.
14.The contest organisers reserve the right to withdraw or terminate this contest at any time without prior notice.
15.Neither the organisers nor the sponsors, nor employees of the organisers and sponsors may be held liable for any warranty, costs, damage, injury, or any other claims incurred as a result of the usage of the prize by the winner, once awarded by the organisers.
16. If the specified prize becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, the organisers may substitute the prize at their discretion.
17. All tax liabilities, wherever applicable, will be the responsibility of the recipient of the prize.
18.Participants agree that the personal data submitted, including name, mailing address, phone number, and email address, may be collected, processed, stored and otherwise used by the organisers for the purposes of processing the Contests. By participating in the Contests, the participants agree to the transmission, processing, disclosure and storage of this personal data by the organisers.
19.Contests are governed by the laws of India, and only the courts of Mumbai will have exclusive jurisdiction to try any dispute arising from the Contests. By participating in the Contests, you agree to be bound by the terms of these Rules and by the organiser’s decisions, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to Contests.
