Corporate Quiz Results - Hyderabad – Satyam and TCS dominate at Hyderabad

Hyderabad, August 12, 2007: The Hyderbad edition of Tata Crucible-The Business Quiz 2007 held at the Taj Krishna attracted a record 208 teams and that set the stage for an amazing evening of quizzing that followed.

In an exciting quiz that witnessed a fascinating battle, the duo from Satyam with their lightening speed retorts and great quizzing rose above their competitors to emerge victorious. The battle for the Satyam duo came from the other Satyam team on stage while Wipro also looked dangerous from time to time. The other teams were Google, Idea Cellular and General Electric

The team from TCS that won has been the runner up for the past three years and finally rewrote the record books by a whisker as three teams had a chance to win the quiz on the final question.

The audience at Hyderabad also participated enthusiastically winning prizes like flash drives, fast track sunglasses and books. Quizmaster Pickbrain enthusiastically engaged the teams in a gripping crusade with his interactive style of quizzing, enchanting both the participants and audience alike.

Having achieved the first milestone, Bhargav & Murali from Satyam and Raghuram & Sitaram from TCS now head to Mumbai for the national final. In the event of winning the National Finals, they stand to win a cash prize of Rs. 2 lakhs and each winner will receive a trophy to commemorate their hard-fought achievement.
