The amazing city of Jaipur played royal hosts to Tata Crucible at the Taj Rambagh Palace with a stream of college students also dropping by to warm up for the campus edition to follow. Pickbrain dashed out an interesting mix of questions in the prelim to select the finalists.

  • Genpact India : Vikram Kavia and Mihir Chatterjee

  • Futures First : Prathmesh and Tarun Singh

The final started with the defending champions from Maurya Learning getting off to a good start but as the quiz moved into the second half, Taj Hotels and Indian Oil along with Futures First started closing in on them.

In the next phase RBI came up with some stunning answers to set themselves up, within striking distance of a second place. Maurya Learning consolidated and won the quiz while Future First, RBI and IOCL battled for the runner up title with the latter clinching it on the final question.

The guest of honour Mr.Madhusudhan Gupta, Special Commissioner, Jaipur congratulated the teams on a high quality quiz and said “I was a good quizzer too but today I knew nothing compared to these youngsters, which is good, as youngsters have to take over and do better”
