- Ticket to Finale contest is open only to residents of India.
- No inappropriate content to be shared. Any offensive content will not
be accepted.
- Only one entry per person will be considered for the contest.
- The decision of the organisers will be final and binding on all
participants.
- Winner will be decided basis a lucky draw.
- No correspondence will be entertained by the organisers from the
participants or winner with respect to the contest decisions.
- Winner of the contest needs to share their valid email id, name,
address, pin code and phone number by mailing it
at curiousminds@tatacrucible.com . The details provided by the
contestant may be validated entirely at the discretion of the
organizers.br>
- Travel of the winner will be borne by the organisers within a
prescribed limit.
- Stay cost for one night on single occupancy basis at Taj Mahal
Palace Mumbai will be borne by the organisers.
- Winner needs to make their own travel arrangements to reach the
venue for the National Finals and will be reimbursed the maximum of
2nd class A/C fare amount from the city they are travelling from.
- To avail of this reimbursement, winner need to produce their travel
documents – tickets and the payment receipts – as the case may be,
to the representative of the Tata Crucible Event Management team
present at the venue. Soft copy of the travel documents can be
mailed at curiousminds@tatacrucible.com
- Travel reimbursement will be sent by cheque or NEFT transfer after a
minimum of 2 months of receipt of valid documents.
- Prizes once awarded will be final and there would be no
exchange/substitution of the prizes to the winner.
- The organiser reserves the right to alter/ amend/ modify any rules of
any contest at any time without any notice whatsoever.
- The organiser reserves the right to withdraw or terminate this contest
at any time without prior notice.
- Neither the organisers nor the sponsors, or employees of the
organisers and sponsors may be held liable for any warranty, costs,
damage, injury, or any other claims incurred as a result of usage of
the prize by the winner, once delivered by the organisers.
- If the specified prize becomes unavailable due to unforeseen
circumstances, the organisers may substitute the prize at their
discretion.
- All tax liabilities wherever applicable, will be the responsibility of the
recipient of the prize.
- Management, employees, and families of the organisers and
identified agency partners are prohibited from taking part in the
contest.
