1. Any two students of the same college/university – undergraduate and above can form a team (minimum age to participate is 18 years)
    
2. There is no entry fee for the competition

4. Participants need to carry valid student identification cards to the venue
    
5. Any number of teams from the same college/university can participate in the quiz
    
6. Competition is open to students from all disciplines
    
7. The competition is open to students above the age of 18 only
    
8. Teams from outside UK, from rest of Europe are eligible to participate but they have to make their own travel and lodging arrangements and will not be eligible for any cost reimbursement
    
9. The quiz is not open for students studying in India and Singapore since a separate quiz takes place over there
    
10. The organizers retain the right to make any changes to the event, its format, date, rules and in any matter related to this event without any prior intimation
     
11. Entry to the event is by invitation only and organizers reserve the right to accept or reject any application to registration and / or entry to the event proceedings
     
12. By entering the event venue and / or participating in the Quiz, the attendees permit themselves to be photographed / recorded by electronic and print mediums for telecast / publication and other display usage of the organizers
     
13. Open to only regular students from certified educational institutions
     
14. By registering in the event, the students authorise the organizers directly or through vendors to provide them information through phone / email / direct contact on the current and future quiz arrangements , and on other initiatives
     
15. The event is not open to junior college/foundation students lower than under-graduate category
     
16. The organizer retains the right to make changes to the rules of the quiz and the same will be updated on the web site.
     
17. Tata, at its sole discretion and subject to sufficient number of teams, may consider arranging coach transfers to the quiz venue thru third parties for a few campuses located outside London, from a pre-designated location, time and place. The details of such campus locations will be put on the website nearer the time / advised to students desiring for the same. The complementary coach transfers would not confer any rights on the students nor any responsibility on the organizers, and can be availed by students at their own risks and responsibility. 18. At the discretion of organizers and as a matter of goodwill students from UK Universities outside London, will be refunded their actual second class train travel expenses, if they participate in the quiz. This will be only applicable for students at UK Universities where there is no coach transfer facility provided by the organizers and will be refunded only based on second class train travel (from their respective University to London) at the cheapest ticket price available. Students from London are not eligible for this facility. No cash refunds will be provided and these will be posted subsequently to the address given subject to satisfying all conditions (copies of tickets or receipts will be required)

In all matters relating to the quiz, the decision of the quiz master and organizers is final and binding on all participants
